Network Planner

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Network Planner to join our global supply chain team. This role is pivotal in aligning demand and supply plans, managing risk, and optimizing cross-site planning in a complex, fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and maintain integrated supply and demand plans across platforms and sites

• Adjust supply plans based on real-time data and scenario modeling

• Partner with customers and internal teams to ensure demand alignment

• Optimize inventory while supporting seamless program execution

• Lead cross-functional coordination with PM, Logistics, Production, and Finance

• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and present recommendations

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years in the pharmaceutical industry + 3–5 years in supply chain planning or logistics

• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder engagement skills

• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and influence decision-making. Experience of working within a complex matric environment.

• Self-starter with high autonomy and continuous learning approach

• Proficient in SAP IBP or similar planning tools

• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
