Supply Chain Head of Strategy and Transformation (m/d/f) 80-100%

This is a pivotal position coordinating the SCM Central Planning for Visp. Scope for this role is both Small Molecules and legacy Biologics.  This role is accountable with securing a strong SCM support to projects within scope. Lead MPL team that collaborates with project teams (PMs, MSAT, Ops) for VISP planning. Responsible for SCM of Buffer for the site of VISP, not considering Visp buffer asset manufacturing outside Module P

What you’ll do:

• Accountable for ensuring Visp SCM road map alignment with site and corporate strategy

• Drive  the Program Management Office for Visp SCM ensuring adequate governance of all SCM projects and resource management

• Represents Visp SCM vis-à-vis of Group operations and other functions impacting the Visp SCM road map or consuming resources from SCM organization

• Responsible f or ensuring alignment within SCM programs and non-SCM projects impacting SCM. Adequate communication and engagement are driven within Visp and with relevant group functions on SCM Visp roadmap related matters

• Works closely with Visp SCM Operational Excellence organization to find opportunities to support cost structure decrease requirements from site. Monitors implementation in conjunction with Site

• Secures appropriate cascade of strategic goals with yearly targets f or the Visp SCM organization

What we’re looking for (7 bullets max):

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience with extensive years of proven experience in end-to-end Supply Chain in industry or SCM related consulting.

Exposure to business transformation or strategical programs will be seen as an advantage

• Very strong leadership skills with a shown ability to empower and develop teams and, critically, work with other areas to drive a transformational agenda.

• Capability to think strategically while understanding the right level of detail to ensure consistency and feasibility of strategy implementation.

• Experience driving Program Management Office or SCM Strategy organization would be an advantage.

• Demonstrates the courage and integrity to engage in difficult conversations with internal teams and management when needed, encouraging transparency, growth, and collaboration

• Ability to build a highly collaborative and inclusive environment vital for a team to be effective. Extremely strong at building bridges with other functions and develop a healthy collaborative while accountability driven relationship with his business partners.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to present ideas in a clear and concise manner

• Change leadership skills

• Proficient in English (must) and German (nice to have) spoken and written.
