Lonza AG is looking for an outstanding Supply Planner & Scheduler to join our driven team in Geleen, Netherlands. This role plays a crucial part in our continued expansion and achievements, guaranteeing that our supply planning procedures are flawlessly completed and consistently enhanced.

• Perform all duties to ensure the monthly Supply Planning processes are completed to support the coordinated planning processes.
• Build and maintain the Supply Plan, including the Master Production Schedule and medium-term capacity loading outlooks.
• Report on and own plans to improve the accuracy of the supply plan.
• Develop and maintain inventory targets by categories and manage inventory of new and phase-out parts.
• Facilitate the reduction of excess inventory.
• Complete the monthly supply planning cycle, including creating and updating supply plans and identifying key supply decisions.
• Incorporate input from all relevant collaborators into the supply plan.
• Prepare supply planning input for the monthly S&OP cycle and annual budget cycle.
• Build and maintain important metrics related to the supply chain, and use them as the foundation for supply planning improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with all key collaborators and departments to ensure the supply plan reflects a shared perspective on future supply plans and actions.
• Ensure the supply plan is inputted and maintained in relevant supply systems, including SAP IBP and SAP ECC.
• Use the Supply Plan to drive related material, labor, and asset capacity plans.
• Maintain all supply-related parameters and master data in relevant planning systems.

• Proven experience in supply planning and scheduling, 5-10 years
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and systems, preferably SAP IBP and SAP ECC.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to strictly adhere to deadlines and prioritize effectively.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
