Intern – Training system specialist (m/w/d)

Intern needed to assist the team managing Training Management System Cornerstone at Lonza Visp for 6-9 months. Gain experience in a top life sciences company.

Key Responsibilities

• Update employees’ training profiles based on incoming requests with flawless accuracy and precision.
• Successfully implement the training matrix in the training management system, ensuring all data is strictly up-to-date.
• Advise employees, managers, and trainers on various queries related to the training management system, offering proven solutions and support.
• Compare and analyze employee training profiles and training reports.
• Communicate effectively with training coordinators and global training administrators to ensure seamless operation and collaboration.

Key Requirements

• Demonstrate an outstanding ability to maintain a high level of concentration and accuracy in all tasks.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to manage and analyze data efficiently.
• Proficient in English with very good proficiency in German, enabling clear and effective communication.
• Exhibit a strong team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills to work collaboratively.
• Adaptable and deadline oriented
