Commercial Operations Specialist

Location. This is a full time role based in Slough, UK, Hybrid Working

What you’ll do:
  • Act as Salesforce.com champion within the Licensing Business
  • Design, analyze, and present commercial data, including metrics, and KPIs, to support decision-making and clarity to the different licensing commercial teams
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track customer negotiations and help to define with commercial teams criteria for classification of licensing agreements
  • Support the end-to-end overview of customer data for licensing; creating a customer profile with the various agreements and history
  • Support projects within the Customer Support team, including but not limited to CRM and CLM implementation, as well as contract preparation and ad-hoc back-filling of team if and when needed
What we’re looking for:
  • Minimum three years work experience in a commercial operations role; adept in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PPT, SharePoint)
  • Salesforce.com super-user; must have strong knowledge of commercial processes and confirmed ability to harmonize across various collaborator
  • Proactive demeanor and autonomy to take initiative, with effective communication skills to work in global environment with team with varied strengths members
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience is required
