Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative you will coordinate and handle all customer requests and help them in order to grow our business, increase market share and market knowledge and to reach the commercial goals. You will be the bridge for Lonza and its external customers to provide efficient services and guarantee total customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Be the primary contact for the customer and interact with Sales teams on a day-to-day basis
- Work with Finance on any customer credit problem that affects the shipment of orders
- Handle any customer inquiry accurately – with the assistance of other departments – providing product related and technical information as requested.
- Stay on top of all changes within LBS (new products, new policies, changes in legislation, …) providing the customer with the most recent information at all times.
Key requirements:
- Bachelors degree in sales or equivalent previous experience in a customer service position
Customer-centric approach with excellent communication skills is needed for this role.
- Motivated to challenge the status quo and continuously look for improvement opportunities
- Working proficiency in French and English knowledge is a critical, additional language is a plus
