• Outstanding opportunity for an experienced Finance Professional to join the Corporate Finance team in the area of Management Accounting.

• Collaborate with experienced professionals in Corporate Accounting & Controlling within our global Finance & IT organization, bringing value through process and advisory excellence.

• Strong culture and attractive development opportunities.

• Translate global business requirements into comprehensive and standardized management accounting concepts using standard methodologies, from design to implementation

• Support and advise on the development of the Group’s Business Steering Model

• Collaborate closely with all collaborators and establish effective group-wide governance in management accounting to ensure clear, reliable, and accurate internal management reporting.

• Drive simplification in the area of overhead and product costing as part of the SAP S/4HANA implementation.

• Masters in Finance/Controlling, Accounting, or equivalent experience

• Extensive experience in the area of financial and management accounting

• Experience in manufacturing industry is required, Pharma/Biotech is an advantage

• Excellent Finance management & Financial IT System skills supported by outstanding conceptual, strategy-setting and analytical skills

• Excellent communication skills to provide mentorship to various collaborators in a global organization

• SAP S/4HANA implementation experience and strong project management skills at global level are a plus

• English fluency required; proficiency in German is a bonus
