The Asset Training Specialist is a key member of our Technical & GMP Training Department, focusing on the development, delivery, and tracking of training programs. You will act as the subject matter expert in crafting comprehensive on-the-job training materials and ensuring that all training activities are meticulously recorded in the LMS. This role is crucial for maintaining our high standards and competitive edge in the manufacturing sector.

Key Accountabilities

• Facilitate Manufacturing Onboarding training, ensuring new hires are adequately prepared.

• Collaborate with Training Business Partners to develop high-quality, role-specific training materials, including videos, computer-based training, wikis, manuals, and job aids.

• Coordinate and conduct dynamic and interactive GMP classroom and on-the-job training sessions.

• Serve as the Asset liaison with Training Business Partners, tracking training completion and compliance metrics in the LMS.

• Supply to the development and adherence to the Portsmouth site and Asset Annual GMP Training Plan.

• Identify subject matter experts and potential departmental trainers by bringing to bear business and customer knowledge.

• Facilitate hands-on technical Manufacturing trainings as required.
