What you will get:

  • An agile career and dynamic working culture.

  • An inclusive and ethical workplace.

  • Competitive hourly rate.

Compensation for this role will be determined by the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and relevant knowledge.

What you will do:

  • Produce innovative bio-therapeutic medicines by directly interfacing with highly automated cGMP production systems and controls.

  • Operate, clean, and sterilize fixed vessel systems, tank systems, filtration units, and column chromatography equipment for Upstream or Downstream manufacturing.

  • Exhibit detail-oriented documentation skills to ensure Right-First-Time operations across paper tickets, labels, and digital systems.

  • Prepare materials, perform seed train or buffer preparation operations, and safely dispense/aliquot hazardous components.

  • Comply strictly with cGMP regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety guidelines in a cleanroom environment.

  • Escalate process issues promptly to cross-functional team members to maintain continuous production flow.

  • Actively foster safe work practices and immediately report any safety or environmental incidents, near misses, or operational suggestions.

What we are looking for:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; advanced college coursework, technical degrees, or certifications are highly preferred.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on operational discipline (we strongly welcome candidates from structured, high-pace backgrounds like quick-service operations or military service).

  • Strict adherence to compliance, SOPs, and established protocols without improvising under complex conditions.

  • High level of resilience, adaptability, and effective communication skills within a fast-paced team setting.

  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, including standing/walking for up to 90% of shift, climbing stairs, lifting up to 40 lbs, and wearing required cleanroom gowning/PPE.

  • Full availability to work the designated Back Days shift (Thurs–Sat, every other Weds, 06:00 AM – 7:00 PM) and complete the mandatory 2-week initial day training schedule (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
