Warehouse Specialist (Day Shift)

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Specialist to join our Materials Support team in Houston, TX. In this role, you will perform essential supply chain and material management operations across receiving, warehousing, inventory control, and shipping to help deliver life-changing medicines.

This is a fully site‑based role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

What you will do:

• Execute daily process flows and operational tasks within assigned core areas, including Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Warehousing, Inventory Control, and Shipping.

• Accurately input SAP system transactions (Goods Receipt, Stock Overview, Stock Put-Away, Material Movements, and Sales Distribution) while ensuring strict compliance with cGMP requirements and SOPs.

• Manage general stores supply workflows, overseeing initial receiving, released materials, internal distribution, and restocking.

• Cross-train across all core supply chain functions over time to gain comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end materials operations.

• Complete ongoing training on job-related equipment and adhere to Employee Health & Safety (EHS) chemical awareness standards.

What we are looking for:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Hands-on experience within Supply Chain, Warehousing, or Logistics (pharmaceutical / cGMP environment experience highly preferred).

• Experience or familiarity with SAP systems for inventory management and material tracking preferred.

• Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with MS Office Suite programs.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Solid organizational and time-management skills to prioritize, follow up, and consistently meet critical deadlines.
