Join our Materials Support team in Houston to play a vital role in executing key supply chain and logistics operations that keep life-saving manufacturing running smoothly.

This is a fully site-based role. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards.

What you will do:

  • Perform daily process workflows and core operational functions across Receiving, Issuing, Shipping, Warehousing, and Inventory Control.

  • Accurately input and execute SAP transactions (Goods Receipt, Stock Overview, Stock Put-Away, Material Movements, Sales Distribution) while ensuring strict compliance with cGMP regulations and SOPs.

  • Manage general stores supply processes, including initial goods receiving, material release, distribution, and restocking activities.

  • Cross-train across various supply chain functional areas to gain comprehensive end-to-end operational knowledge.

  • Maintain required Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) chemical awareness certifications and participate in ongoing equipment/on-the-job training.

What we are looking for:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Prior background in Supply Chain or Logistics.

  • Hands-on SAP system experience and background in the Pharmaceutical industry are strongly preferred.

  • Basic computer proficiency, including standard MS Office Suite applications.

  • Strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks to meet critical deadlines.
