What you’ll do:
Perform all warehouse activities related to product and material handling activities and associated documentation to ensure efficient processes and maximization of warehouse productivity under GMP conditions
Organize and control all activities that do not have an impact on business core of the company, as utilities cleaning of warehouse’s areas interna waste disposal management, internal mail service, provide materials
Conduct usability, expiry, and labelling checks for materials delivered to production areas
Maintain accurate stock levels and records, ensuring all documentation is up to date
Monitor cold rooms, freezers, and warehouse temperatures to ensure accurate storage conditions
Adhere to GMP standards and safety precautions, completing all required training and keeping records compliant
Perform housekeeping activities, promptly reporting issues and ensuring audit readiness
Support Lean practices and engage in continuous improvement activities
Be responsible for on-call warehouse duties as required
What we’re looking for:
An high motivated person who can perform all the warehouse activities independently with experience in the Pharma industries performing under GMP conditions
Proven experience in large warehouse or a manufacturing environment is essential for this role
Working within a regulated environment is highly desirable
Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
Ability to operate forklift and other manual handling equipment is desirable but not essential
Reliable, with good time-keeping and a proactive approach to tasks
Dedication to maintaining high standards and continuous improvement
