We are looking to hire a Senior Specialist, Supply Chain - Logistics & Warehouse to perform duties in the warehouse and shipping areas in terms of receipt, storage and shipment; Responsible to operate in a safe, cGMP compliant manner at all times Responsible to ensure daily duties are carried out in a smooth, timely and according to SOP (standard operating procedures) at all time to deliver high quality standards. This is a 15 months fixed term contract position in our Singapore Tuas site.

What you will do:- Responsible to execute daily area operations and ensure smooth workflow in terms of receipt, storage and shipment lead the investigation for deviations (if any) and ensure the deviation write up comprehensively covers all aspects of the deviation.
- Create, revise, and improve SOPs to reflect process enhancements/changes, system updates, and best practices within warehouse.
- Perform design review of warehouse processes, required infrastructure, warehouse layout review based on MPS(Master production schedule).
- Maintain KPI metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
- Support the Section Lead / Manager and lead the team. Ensure adherence to Departmental SOP’s Monitor area paperwork for accuracy and compliance. Identify gaps in processes and procedures and propose improvisation for implementation. Ensure all outstanding paperwork is resolved in a timely manner. (Deviations, Work orders) Streamline area processes and work flows to increase area efficiency Perform internal audits within area.
- Act as area representative for any project based implementations
- Any other duties as assigned by your Supervisor/Manager.
What we are looking for:
- Over 5+ years of Logistics / Warehouse experience.
- Degree/ Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or any relevant discipline.
- Significant years of relevant work experience in the Supply Chain Management, Logistics & warehousing function.
- Work experience from the Pharmaceutical environment or medically related field.
- Experience in SAP EWM (preferred) or SAP WM
- Knowledge of inbound/outbound, HU management, and warehouse task creation
- Understanding of warehouse layouts, storage types, and putaway strategies
- Basic understanding of warehousing Master Data (Products, Storage Bins, HU Types)
- Customer focus.
- Meticulous and detail oriented.
- A highly proactive and experienced candidate who enjoys working in a fast pace environment.
