Transactional Data Management Lead

Role Purpose:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team within our Global Data Team at Lonza AG. You will manage transactional data, define initiatives, and collaborate across departments to ensure data integrity and compliance. Your work will support users, monitor data processes, and deliver reports and dashboards for data quality. What you will do:

 

• Coordinate governance of business rules for transactional data

• Monitor data quality and follow up with teams

• Develop reports and dashboards for data review

• Lead and support the transactional data team

• Manage mass-update requests from business and project teams

• Collaborate with data owners to ensure accuracy

What we are looking for:

 

• Proven experience in leading and managing data teams

• Ability to mentor team members in data governance

• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks

• Experience with data quality dashboards and metrics

• Proficiency in Power BI or similar tools

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
