The Project Coordinator role combines administrative support with project management, catering to the complex needs of project teams to ensure effective implementation and delivery of project goals. The incumbent is responsible for supporting the execution of the Supply Chain strategy, the implementation of process improvement programs and project execution.

The Project Coordinator acts as a pivotal point of support for Project Managers and team members, ensuring steady progress and adherence to schedules.

This includes organization, decision-making, communication and documentation flows in accordance with Project management principles to ensure , to ensure adherence to project management processes and improve the team efficiency. The assignment of responsibilities and projects depends on current business needs and on the Trainee’s skills and interests.

Your main tasks:

  • Support in the preparation of project proposals, timeframes, and schedules.
  • Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Coordinating quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
  • Supervising and reporting project progress, as well as handling any issues that arise.
  • Acting as the point of contact and communicating project status to all participants.
  • Organizing, attending, and participating in collaborator meetings.
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met and determining any changes needed to complete the project on schedule.
  • Analyzing risks and opportunities, and handling them appropriately.
  • Support the distributed team to design and implement a Governance structure
  • Collaborate closely with peers from the network or other collaborators in several areas of Supply Chain  in a collaborative setting.
  • Act as a PM for smaller projects.

Your qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master in Economics, Project Management, SCM, Logistics

  • First experience in handling SCM projects

  • First Experience within the Pharma industry and its Supply Chain and handling according collaborators.

  • Fluency in English (written and oral), German would be an advantage
