What you’ll do:
- Handles customer technical database and complaint management
- Involves in filling machine operation and maintenance
- Involves in inter-company sourcing when required
- Ensures adaptability of capsule and filling machine& ensures satisfactory filling performance to customer
- Introduces Capsugel products and equipment
- Develops long term relationship with customers and machine manufacturers
- Responsible for maintaining sound EHS working conditions, practices in your assigned job or area and ensure continuous compliance to Capsugel EHS Standards and local law requirements.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering or related majors
- Practical experience in Mechanical Engineering area
- Strong ability to communicate and manage relationships
- Ability to adapt to different situations and work independently
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Flexibility to travel frequently around the ANZ region
