The actual location of this job is in Jakarta, Indonesia. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families, if needed.
This role is responsible for handling and develop small / potential accounts; introducing new products to customers; driving internal support to customers; and meeting yearly sales plan objectives.
This is an office‑first role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and team alignment, enabling us to deliver our best work. You will work primarily in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for 20% of your time (one day per week).

What you will do:
Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
Develops small accounts and regain inactive accounts
Maintain relationship for responsible accounts through phone call and visit if necessary
Introduces Lonza products and services
Ensures that all ISR orders are processed smoothly from beginning to the end in all related systems, ie. SAP, SFDC, etc.
Ensures payments by customer
Work with BD team for projects of new business opportunities
Involves internal departments when required
Follow up leads from all the different types of channels
Ensures smooth transition of accounts between ISR & TSM.
Ensures total customer satisfaction
Ensures adequate brand image of company
Responsible for maintaining sound EHS working conditions, practices in your assigned job or area and ensure continuous compliance to
Ensures Lonza EHS Standards and local law requirements.
GMP Responsibility

What we are looking for:
Proven experience in customer service, inside sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the pharmaceutical, nutrition, life sciences, or related industries.
Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities, grow existing customer accounts, and re-engage inactive customers while consistently delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing orders, supporting sales targets, coordinating customer requirements, and driving account growth across diverse markets.
Working knowledge of import/export processes, logistics coordination, and end-to-end order management in a customer-facing environment.
Proficiency in SAP, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to effectively manage customer data, orders, and sales activities.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and engage customers through multiple channels.
Degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in Business, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or related field.
