Join us as a Supply Chain Coordinator, where you will manage end-to-end material and shipment coordination, ensuring drug substance, raw materials, and customer-supplied components are delivered, received, released, and available in SAP on time to support seamless manufacturing operations. Acting as the central interface between customers, suppliers, logistics, QA, QC, planning, and production teams, you will drive supply chain excellence through proactive coordination, process optimization, and flawless execution of inbound and outbound shipments. This role is primarily based on site. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and the technical precision needed to manufacture medicines to the highest quality and safety standards. We offer flexibility to work remotely for no more than 20% of your time. Requests are considered on a case‑by‑case basis, in line with business needs.

What you will do:
Coordinate end-to-end material and shipment activities, ensuring customer-supplied materials, drug substance, and finished products are available, received, released, and delivered on time to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
Manage demand planning and SAP master data, maintaining independent demand, material records, purchase orders, and shipment-related transactions to enable accurate planning and seamless supply chain execution.
Partner closely with customers and internal stakeholders including Logistics, QA, QC, Production Planning, and Supply Chain teams to align material availability, shipping schedules, quality releases, and customer requirements.
Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, tracking delivery performance, coordinating goods receipt and storage readiness, confirming shipment milestones, and ensuring all documentation and processes are completed accurately and on schedule.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by optimizing supply chain processes, supporting shipping agreements, coordinating material disposition activities, and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
What we are looking for:
Proven experience in Supply Chain, Material Coordination, or a related field is required, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure timely material availability in a fast-paced operational environment.
Strong organizational and planning skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach to coordinating shipments, materials, master data, and stakeholder activities from end to end.
Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, able to build effective partnerships across customers, logistics, quality, planning, and manufacturing teams to achieve shared objectives.
Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated manufacturing industry is highly preferred, with a good understanding of GMP requirements and quality-driven supply chain processes.
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, comfortable working in a dynamic and sometimes challenging environment, with a willingness to drive process improvements, implement new ways of working, and continuously enhance operational efficiency.
