Location: Portsmouth, NH (On-site)

As a Logistics Specialist, you will support the movement, storage, receipt, and shipment of materials within a fast-paced cGMP manufacturing environment. We are actively hiring Logistics Specialists to support our Shipping, Receiving, and Warehouse teams. Successful candidates may be aligned to a primary logistics area while maintaining the flexibility to support multiple functions across the operation. This hands-on role requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

This role follows a 12-hour day shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on a rotating schedule of alternating days: two on, two off, three on, two off, two on, three off (repeating cycle).

What you will do

  • Receive, inspect, store, stage, and ship materials in accordance with GMP requirements and site procedures

  • Perform inventory transactions and material movements using SAP, RF scanners, and other inventory management systems

  • Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other powered industrial equipment

  • Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and proper material handling practices

  • Review shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support warehouse, receiving, shipping, and kitting activities

  • Maintain a safe, organized, and audit-ready work environment while following GMP, quality, and EHS requirements

What we are looking for

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping, receiving, manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain operations preferred

  • Experience using SAP, RF scanners, or inventory management systems preferred

  • Ability to operate or learn to operate powered industrial equipment safely

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
