Based in Greenwood, SC, you will lead Quality Assurance for our Ingredients portfolio. You will ensure compliant, reliable supply for UC‑II®, distributed ingredients (including FSVP for Carnipure and Carniking), and Arabinogalactan across Greenwood, SC and Cohasset, MN.

What you will do:
- Lead Quality Assurance for UC‑II®, distributed ingredients, and Arabinogalactan across Greenwood, SC and Cohasset, MN.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, TGA, and global standards for food, feed, cosmetics, excipients, and supplements.
- Advance the Quality Management System and drive continuous improvement across sites.
- Oversee validations and maintain the Validation Master Plan for all ingredient operations.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Product Management, R&D, and QC to meet business goals.
- Lead audits, inspections, investigations, and corrective actions; communicate risks and performance.
- Coach and develop QA/QC teams; foster a safe, accountable, improvement‑focused culture.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Food Science, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
- 10+ years of quality experience in regulated manufacturing; ingredients or related sectors preferred.
- Proven leadership in multi‑site QA and QMS, with excellent collaboration skills.
- Working knowledge of PCQI, FSVP QI, HACCP, and FSSC 22000 or similar frameworks.
- Experience with validation, change control, and data integrity practices.
- Excellent written and oral communication; able to influence in a matrixed environment.
- Continuous improvement mindset; Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred.
