The Quality End to End Project Manager is responsible for the planning, execution and delivery of projects, from budget cycle, through approval, to execution. Is accountable for the planning, approval, and delivery of the projects executed by local Quality.  Has accountability for oversight of projects to user requirements for cost, time, quality, handover to user and benefits delivery. Facilitates the small project execution process(es) including engineering, commissioning, project and portfolio management. Participates on the capital projects team, PMO Pillar Council and other teams as required.

What you will do

  • Partner with senior leadership to define the project scope and deliverables, ensuring every initiative is backed by a solid Business Case and a validated CAR (Capital Appropriation Request).

  • Execute high-value CAPEX projects from a cross-functional perspective, aligning investment with site strategy and long-term profitability.

  • Partner with Production planning and Quality to integrate downtime and production capabilities into the Master Production Schedule as required.

  • Translate complex user requirements into technical design inputs while managing the contractual framework for external vendors and Global Engineering partners.

  • Drive Operational Readiness and oversee the integrated plan to ensure full cGMP Compliance through the final PPQ (Process Performance Qualification) phase.

  • Manage scope changes in alignment with Site and Q IDB priorities, mediating between stakeholders and the project steering committee to resolve bottlenecks.

  • Lead a high-performing team by providing mentorship and performance feedback, ensuring project outcomes deliver lasting benefits and support continuous improvement within the Quality function.


What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field, with 5–10 years of project management experience in the pharma/biopharma industry.

  • Experience leading complex, cross‑functional CAPEX or strategic projects, with the ability to translate business requirements into clear scope, deliverables, and actionable plans.

  • Strong business acumen, able to align project decisions with customer needs, site strategy, and long‑term profitability—while using data and cross‑functional insight to make timely, informed decisions.

  • Ability to convert user and stakeholder requirements into precise design inputs, driving delivery against cost, schedule, functionality, and cGMP compliance targets.

  • Highly effective collaborator who builds strong networks, seeks diverse perspectives, shares knowledge generously, and communicates clearly across senior leadership, Production, Quality, Engineering, and vendor partners.

  • A mindset to challenge the status quo, and help others embrace ambiguity while drive Operational Readiness and continuous improvement.

  • Reliable, accountable leader who builds trust, takes ownership for outcomes, supports others’ development, and ensures project results deliver sustained business value.
