Job Title: Shift supervisor HCM
Location: Rewari, India
We are seeking a highly motivated Shift Supervisor to ensure smooth, efficient, and high‑quality operations in capsule manufacturing. In this role, you will oversee production activities, optimize machine parameters, drive process improvements, and collaborate cross‑functionally to enhance productivity, yield, and safety performance.

- Collaboration with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality teams to drive lean transformation and operational excellence.
- Ownership of continuous improvement initiatives such as yield improvement, waste reduction, and standardized work practices.
- A work environment committed to safety, GMP compliance, people development, and innovation in manufacturing processes.
- Ensure all machine processing parameters and measuring points are always aligned with defined specifications and escalate deviations promptly.
- Define and maintain “golden parameters” for key equipment such as HCM, I-Box, and Borsor systems across repetitive changeovers.
- Coordinate with shift leaders to ensure smooth production flow and adherence to SOPs.
- Verify and monitor GMS (Gauge Measurement System) quality checks, ensuring timely completion and compliance with specifications.
- Ensure machine conditions consistently meet operational standards.
- Lead process and people transformation using lean and Six Sigma methodologies, including SMED for faster changeovers.
- Maintain in‑process quality controls and follow up on system compliance at all times.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (required).
- More than 3 years of experience in production operations, preferably in capsule manufacturing or similar continuous‑process environments.
- Strong understanding of machine parameters, process conditions, and equipment performance optimization.
- Hands‑on experience with HCM, I‑Box, Borsor, or similar production machinery.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to rapidly resolve process issues.
- Experience with lean tools such as SMED, Six Sigma, or autonomous maintenance methods.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
