Join our brand new Fill‑Finish facility in Stein as an Operator Visual Inspection, performing manual inspections today while supporting the transition to semi‑ and fully automated processes. This includes qualification runs and routine inspections in a controlled darkroom setting. What you will do:

• Manual, semi-automated, and fully automated visual inspection of liquid and lyophilized vials and syringes in a cleanroom setting

• Classification of defects in accordance with regulations

• Regular qualification and requalification using existing test sets

• Inspection of test runs / threshold studies

• Support in deviations and root cause analysis

What we are looking for:

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness, with an uncompromising approach to quality and safety

• Willing to work in a cleanroom

• Experience in a GMP production environment is highly desirable

• Experience in visual inspection, including relevant further training is a plus

• Completed vocational training (e.g. as a chemical or pharmaceutical technologist) is an advantage

• Fluency in German is a must and basic knowledge of English
