Module L is a brand new microbial, multi-purpose facility dedicated to delivering high-quality products to a diverse range of customers. Our commitment to excellence ensures that our technical capabilities are always at their peak, maintaining the highest standards of quality and technical readiness.
What you’ll do:Serve as a member of the extended leadership team in Module L.
Oversee the personnel and technical management of the Technical Supervisors and other equipment experts in Module L, ensuring their efficient deployment within the area of responsibility.
Collaborate with operations management to plan and execute quality-compliant and efficient production processes.
Ensure GMP-compliant documentation (HSP, SOP, operating regulations, production orders, deviation reports, change requests) within the area of responsibility.
Maintain the production area in optimal technical condition, coordinating maintenance work with the Technical Supervisors to minimize production impact.
Lead the integration of new customer projects into the existing facility and oversee the procurement of new plant components.
Drive continuous improvement of the plant and processes through the implementation and maintenance of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
What we’re looking for:
Master's degree in Biotechnology or related field plus 5+ years experience; or Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across various organizational interfaces; strong team orientation.
Structured, focused, and well-organized working attitude; open to new ideas and suggestions; highly motivated and dynamic; solution-oriented.
Proven understanding of GMP.
Fluency in English and a very good level (min B2) in German.
Green Belt certification is a plus.
Knowledge of SAP ERP is a plus.
Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
