This is an office‑first role. Working together in person supports close, real‑time collaboration and team alignment, enabling us to deliver our best work. You will work primarily in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for 20% of your time (one day per week), and with collaboration and occasional travel within the sites network and HQ.

What you will do:
Collaborate with the Central Procurement team to deliver significant value and support to our site stakeholders.
Manage an approximate annual delegated spend of 50m CHF within given categories.
Partner with key stakeholders across multiple sites to ensure business continuity and meet evolving site requirements.
Provide purchasing expertise in tendering, negotiation, and contracting while utilizing modern purchasing systems.
Drive supplier performance by managing local relationships and executing savings projects alongside Global Category Managers.
Support the execution of procurement strategies by gathering local business needs and monitoring supply market risks.
Mentor and supervise junior colleagues and new joiners to foster a culture of continuous professional growth.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain; a Master’s degree or equivalent transferable experience is a plus.
Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally within a regulated industry environment.
Track record in Facilities Management category, implementation and management of managed programs are a plus
Strong technical proficiency with SAP and e-catalogue systems such as Ariba.
A proactive, strategic mindset with the ability to work independently within established procedures and ability to influence stakeholders.
High attention to detail when validating complex sourcing requirements.
Professional fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in German is advantageous.
