Senior Program Manager Drug Product 80-100%

What you will do:

• Champion customer projects within Lonza Drug Product and ensure strong project leadership

• Support proposal development for new opportunities and prepare scope changes and amendments

• Lead customer communication and coordinate activities with internal functional and project leads

• Oversee project initiation, planning, execution, and control to increase visibility and win new customers

• Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication, timely delivery, and proactive issue resolution

• Identify additional project opportunities and promote the full range of drug substance and drug product offerings

• Define project scope, key processes, and timelines with project leads and ensure on‑time, in‑full deliverables

What we are looking for:

• A degree (Bachelor, Master or PhD) in life sciences or a related field combined with solid commercial experience

• Substantial experience in parenteral drug product development, clinical or commercial supply activities

• Proven project leadership experience and an established business network

• Strong understanding of parenteral formulation development plans

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills across multiple stakeholder levels

• Strong relationship‑building skills with internal and external partners in local and international settings

• Strong PC skills, particularly with Microsoft products; VBA programming is a plus

• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
