Today, Lonza is a global leader in life sciences operating across five continents. While we work in science, there’s no magic formula to how we do it. Our greatest scientific solution is talented people working together, devising ideas that help businesses to help people. In exchange, we let our people own their careers. Their ideas, big and small, genuinely improve the world. And that’s the kind of work we want to be part of.
The Financial Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of financial customer program data within our integrated program management, supply chain, and finance systems throughout the Sales and Operations (S&OP) cycles. They leverage their expertise in IT systems such as SAP, IBP, Business Warehouse (BW), Planview (PV), and Power BI (PBI), along with an understanding of S&OP processes and agile stakeholder management, to identify and resolve data integrity issues. With an operational excellence mindset, they actively contribute to the improvement of PM-related processes and systems, rolling out global changes, supporting training and deployment of global tools and implementing local solutions as required. As an extended member of the PM management team, the Financial Business Analyst identifies and communicates necessary actions to drive completeness and accuracy of data, both within the PM team and across other departments for escalation.
