What you will do:

  • Drive global procurement excellence by ensuring master data, contracts and buying channels are accurately maintained and optimized across procurement systems in a multi‑site, international environment.
  • Configure and manage procurement content in SAP ERP and SAP Ariba, helping employees purchase efficiently through guided buying, catalogs and other digital channels.
  • Own and continuously improve P2P processes and KPIs (e.g., cycle time, touchless rate, compliance, exception rate), identifying root causes and driving automation and simplification across sites.
  • Ensure accurate supplier and procurement master data, including supplier onboarding, validation, and maintenance of key commercial terms (e.g., payment terms, MOQs, lead times).
  • Partner with Category Managers, Strategic Buyers, Finance, IT and Supply Chain teams to translate sourcing strategies into effective operational solutions.
  • Lead supplier onboarding and enablement activities, supporting digital procurement capabilities such as catalog integration and electronic invoicing.
  • Support procurement compliance, sustainability objectives and continuous improvement programs across a global procurement organization.
  • Share your expertise by supporting and training users on procurement processes, systems and best practices.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), procurement operations, master data management, shared services or a similar environment.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP ERP (MM), SAP Ariba or comparable procurement platforms and digital purchasing tools.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, buying channels, contract operationalization and content management.
  • Confidence working with data, KPIs and reporting tools, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and regions.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience.
