Job Title: Senior Logistics Associate - Shipping

Location: Portsmouth, NH, (On-site)

As a Senior Logistics Specialist - Shipping, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate, compliant, and timely shipment of materials and products in support of our manufacturing operations. You will serve as a subject matter resource for shipping processes, transportation requirements, inventory transactions, and regulatory compliance while helping drive operational excellence within the Supply Chain organization. This role also supports continuous improvement initiatives, training activities, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure materials are delivered safely and efficiently.

This position follows a Monday through Friday schedule, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

What you will do

  • Coordinate daily shipping activities to ensure on-time, accurate, and compliant deliveries

  • Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for shipping-related issues, investigations, and escalations

  • Perform SAP transactions and inventory movements to support shipping operations

  • Collaborate with carriers, freight providers, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to support business needs

  • Lead shipping process improvements focused on efficiency, accuracy, and customer service

  • Support deviations, CAPAs, TrackWise records, and quality-related activities as required

  • Prepare for and support internal and external audits related to shipping operations

  • Train and mentor team members on shipping procedures, SAP transactions, and compliance requirements

  • Promote a safe, organized, and audit-ready work environment

What we are looking for

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse, distribution, or supply chain operations

  • Experience working in a GMP, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or regulated manufacturing environment preferred

  • Experience using SAP, warehouse management systems, or inventory control systems

  • Knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes and documentation preferred

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  • Experience supporting projects, process improvements, or team training initiatives

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
