We are looking to hire a Senior Associate, Supply Chain - Warehouse & Logistics to Perform duties in warehouse and shipping areas in terms of receipt, storage and shipment; Responsible to operate in a safe, cGMP compliant manner at all times Oversee daily area operations and ensure smooth workflow in terms of receipt, storage and shipment. This is a 15 months fixed term contract position in our Singapore Tuas site.

What you will do:
  • Oversee daily area operations and ensure smooth workflow in terms of receipt, storage and shipment
  • > Well versed in routine operations and process flow of assigned core area (i.e. Inbound or Outbound)
  • > Strong working knowledge of at least three functional areas within Logistics (Receiving/Shipping/Inventory Management/Warehouse) and ability to backfill other areas as required.
  • > Maintain accuracy of all transactions in SAP related to material movement and inventory
  • > Investigate and respond to inquiries regarding applicable logistics functions (warehousing, shipping, receiving distribution, inventory control)
  • > Provide guidance to newer members within the function.
  • > Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • > Cross trained in other functional areas
  • > Monitor area paperwork for accuracy and compliance
  • > Assist with the transportation and relocation of materials as needed
  • > Flexibility to support activities in multiple warehouse functional areas as required
  • > Responsible to respond to alarms informed by Facilities for any temperature excursion and record the alarm event in logbook.
  • > Able to Identify gaps in processes and procedures
  • > Able to recognize/identify deficiencies or gaps in processes.
  • > Able to work interdepartmentally to complete assigned tasks, (i.e. QC Raw Materials, Purchase to Pay)
  • > Ability to detect problems and report information to the appropriate personnel
  • > Actively contributes to operational efficiency/continuous improvement initiatives.
  • > Any other duties as assigned by your Supervisor/Manager
  • > Uphold data integrity principles.
  • > Monitor data processing procedures to ensure compliance with data integrity standards.
  • > Implement robust data quality controls to maintain the accuracy and reliability of information.
  • > Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data integrity issues.
  • > Develop and maintain documentation outlining data integrity protocols and procedures.
  • > Provide training and guidance to colleagues on best practices for maintaining data integrity.
  • > Continuously evaluate and improve data integrity processes to enhance overall quality assurance efforts.
  • > Support rotating shift deployment (as required).
  • Any other duties as assigned by your Supervisor/Manager.

What we are looking for:

  • Over 5+ years of Logistics / Warehouse experience.
  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or any relevant discipline.
  • relevant work experience in the Supply Chain Management, Logistics & warehousing function.
  • Work experience from the Pharmaceutical environment or medically related field.
  • Experience in SAP EWM or SAP WM
  • Knowledge of inbound/outbound, HU management, and warehouse task creation
  • Understanding of warehouse layouts, storage types, and put away strategies
  • Customer focus.
  • Meticulous and detail oriented.
  • A highly proactive and experienced candidate who enjoys working in a fast pace environment.
