As a Senior Market Analyst in our Marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in our continued success and growth. This role has been crafted to bolster our analytical capabilities and ensure we stay ahead in a competitive market. Located in Morristown, NJ, USA, you'll be part of an exceptionally hard-working team dedicated to flawless execution and world-class business intelligence.

Key responsibilities:
  • Design tools and reports for field and sales management teams to improve efficiency and measure the impact of sales force details and promotional activities.
  • Lead end-to-end SAP Reporting & Analytics Platform; act as design authority for the BW/HANA/SAP implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with business collaborators to comprehend requirements, design, and provide reporting and planning solutions.
  • Consolidate and manage legacy data warehouses and systems, supporting future BI & Analytics requirements for new system implementations.
  • Continually improve dashboard offerings for business partners, providing targeted dashboards and recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop tools for margin management optimization and contract reviews, modeling price/volume scenarios for business decisions.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert for business data, systems, and processes under the team's support area.
  • Manage program around business information acquisition, analytics, and reporting, ensuring data stewardship and quality output.

Key requirements:
  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Proven experience in crafting and implementing SAP Reporting & Analytics Platforms.
  • Expertise in BW/HANA/SAP systems and data warehouse management.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to partner with business collaborators to identify and provide solutions.
  • Experience in developing dashboards and analytical tools to monitor business performance.
  • Ability to develop and optimize tools for margin management and contract reviews.
  • Outstanding analytical skills to coordinate, synthesize, and prepare actionable findings from various data sources.
  • Proven track record in quality assurance, data integrity, and resolving data inquiries.
  • Excellent communication skills to provide mentorship and training within the organization.

The full-time base annual salary for this position is anticipated to fall within a range of $110,000.00 to $155,000.00.

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the location of the successful candidate, qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and job-related knowledge.
