What you will get:

The full-time base annual salary for this position is expected to range between 110,000.00 to $155,400.00. In addition, here below is a comprehensive summary of the benefits package we offer:

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the successful candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and job-related knowledge.

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute regional marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and elevate brand visibility

  • Collaborate with commercial teams to identify and cultivate profitable business opportunities

  • Represent Lonza at trade shows, customer events, and through advertising and PR initiatives

  • Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM, content marketing, and webinars

  • Coordinate and oversee marketing activities to ensure strategic alignment and goal achievement

  • Implement media and PR strategies aligned with global marketing plans

  • Measure and report campaign performance using key metrics to guide future strategy

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in marketing, ideally within the life sciences sector

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing required, master’s preferred

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to manage projects independently and work under general supervision

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce (SFDC) and Marketo

  • Business proficiency in English required; Spanish and Portuguese are a plus
