SAR Controller Lead

We are looking for a SAR Controller Lead to join the Group Finance / SAR team. The role will lead cost controlling and SAR activities across Business Platforms, ensuring strong governance, transparency, and insightful analysis to support strategic and operational decision‑making. The position partners closely with senior leadership to drive cost discipline, efficiency, and finance transformation.The position will be based in Hyderabad, India.What you’ll get:

What you’ll do:

• Lead end‑to‑end SAR and cost controlling processes for Business Platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and governance
• Act as primary finance counterpart to Platform Leadership on cost, SAR, and overhead topics
• Drive Outlooks, Target setting, and long‑term planning (BSR), linking actuals, SAR, and strategic plans
• Lead and develop a team of cost controllers, fostering high performance and continuous improvement
• Drive simplification, standardization, and automation of cost controlling processes
• Deliver clear insights on cost drivers, FTE evolution, and efficiency opportunities to senior stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 5–10 years of experience in cost controlling, finance, or overhead management roles
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills in a global environment
• Excellent analytical capability with a strong governance and compliance mindset
• Passion for digitalization, automation, and modern finance tools
