The Associate Director Transfer Pricing plays a key role in the build‑up of the standalone tax function following the carve‑out of the Capsules and Health Ingredients business, supporting the transition from the former group setting to an independent operating model. The role will be instrumental in designing, establishing, and embedding transfer pricing policies, processes, and governance fit for a standalone organisation, while supporting business operations, restructuring projects, and regulatory developments.

The full-time annual base pay for this position in Belgium is expected to range between 93.750,- EUR and 131.250,- EUR. Initial salary placement within this range will be determined based on role‑related factors such as experience, qualifications, and expected contribution.
What you will do:
Define, establish, and govern global transfer pricing policies for goods, services, intangibles, and financial transactions, as part of the post‑carve‑out build‑up of the CHI standalone tax function.
Ensure consistent and compliant operational transfer pricing execution, including pricing mechanics, cost bases, mark‑ups, and year‑end true‑ups, in close collaboration with Finance and Controlling.
Oversee transfer pricing documentation (Master File, Local Files, benchmark studies) and manage external advisors to ensure audit‑defensible compliance across jurisdictions.
Act as the primary transfer pricing contact for tax audits and inquiries, coordinating responses with local tax teams, Legal, and external advisors.
Provide transfer pricing support for restructurings, supply‑chain changes, operating model developments, M&A, carve‑outs, and post‑deal integration, including TSA and transition pricing models.
Act as a key business partner to Tax, Finance, Legal, and the wider organisation, translating complex transfer pricing topics into clear, practical guidance and supporting internal knowledge build‑up.
What we are looking for:
University degree (Master), preferably in Tax, Finance, Economics, or (Tax) Law.
7+ years of specialist experience in Transfer Pricing at a "Highly Experienced" level.
Experience within a Big 4 environment is considered a strong plus.
Business Fluent English language skills.
Strong knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and common TP methods.
Analytical, structured, and risk-aware mindset, with the ability to process complex data.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for the business.
Ability to operate independently within a global organization.
