Join our Tampa-based Product Development team as a Research Chemist I, contributing directly to early‑stage analytical and formulation development. What you will do

• Execute scientific experiments and laboratory assignments that support Product Development projects.
• Operate key analytical instruments including HPLC, dissolution, KF, DSC, TGA, VSA, and FTIR.
• Collect, interpret, and summarize scientific data for internal reports, external communications, and study documentation.
• Author and review protocols, reports, SOPs, and other scientific documentation.
• Identify atypical results, assist with investigations, and support corrective actions.
• Participate in training new team members and help implement new technologies or methods.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant laboratory aligned with SOPs, cGMP, and internal safety standards.

What we are looking for

• Experience conducting laboratory experiments with increasing independence and scientific responsibility.
• Technical proficiency with analytical instrumentation, data analysis, and scientific reporting.
• Ability to troubleshoot, support investigations, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Understanding of drug development, particularly in pre‑formulation or analytical environments.
• Strong documentation practices and commitment to quality, safety, and compliance.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams
• B.S. / A.A. / M.S. in a scientific discipline with 3+ years relevant experience
• Ph.D. with 1+ year relevant experience
