QC Analyst III-Immunology
Job Title: Quality Control Analyst III – Immunology
Location: Portsmouth, NH, (On-site)
As a QC Analyst III in Immunology at our Portsmouth site, you will test in-process and final product samples to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. You will run complex assays, analyze data, and provide accurate results to support manufacturing timelines. You will also mentor junior analysts and help drive continuous improvement within the lab.
This is a hands-on laboratory role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced GMP environment. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

What you will do
Perform immunology-based testing, including ELISA, cell culture, and bioassays
Analyze data and report accurate results to support manufacturing and stability studies
Troubleshoot assays, laboratory equipment, and software issues
Support and mentor junior analysts, including training on laboratory techniques
Review data, documentation, and support quality systems such as deviations and CAPAs
Maintain laboratory equipment and coordinate calibration and maintenance activities
Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation
What we are looking for
A combination of education and years of experience will be considered; an Associate's degree is required, preferably in science
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a GMP or quality control laboratory
Hands-on experience with immunology assays such as ELISA, cell culture, or bioassays required
Experience working with pH and conductivity testing preferred
Experience using laboratory systems such as LIMS, TrackWise, or DMS preferred
Familiarity working in biosafety cabinets and handling bioactive materials preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
