As a Quality Systems Specialist (m/f/d), you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements (e.g., EU GMP, FDA, PIC/S). You will collaborate cross-functionally with QA, Operations, MSAT, Engineering, Supply Chain Management and IT to drive continuous improvement and regulatory readiness.

What you’ll do:
Support and maintain the electronic Quality Management System
Manage and monitor quality system processes (e.g. CAPA, Change Control, Deviations, Risk Management)
Support periodic reviews and audits of QMS elements
Ensure compliance with applicable GxP regulations and company standards
Collaborate with system owners to implement QMS improvements
Prepare data, metrics and presentations for management review and inspections
Contribute to internal and external audits and support regulatory inspections
What we’re looking for:
Academic degree in Life Sciences/ Pharmacy/ Engineering or equivalent
Initial experience in GxP-regulated industry (Pharma / Biotech / MedTech etc)
Good understanding of Quality Systems and regulatory expectations
Experience with electronic QMS tools (e.g. Veeva, TrackWise, MasterControl) is an advantage
Strong organizational and communication skills
Business fluent English is required; German language skills preferred
