This role offers the outstanding opportunity to contribute to life-changing solutions through flawless documentation and collaboration!
Key responsibilities:Independently author and revise Master Batch Records (MBRs) per local and global LHI procedures.
Coordinate document delivery per project timelines by generating document trackers for MBR delivery.
Actively participate in project team meetings, providing expertise in the authoring, review, and approval processes.
Provide options and suggestions related to MBR format and layout.
Work effectively with all Lonza departments to ensure MBRs are consistently generated and delivered to Manufacturing in a timely manner, promoting Right-First-Time operations.
Support the creation of new documents such as reports, protocols, and templates.
Manage document resolve comments to meet regulatory, internal, and external requirements.
Coordinate comment resolution meetings/workshops and handle daily tasks that support Techwriting Group functions, engaging with customers and facilitating meetings.
Maintain and review schedules/campaigns, notifying associated departments of deadlines and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Mentor junior technical writers and provide support to the supervisor, including managing CAPAs and participating in discussions for critical document changes.
Bachelor’s Degree required in a field of study such as Biology, Biochemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, other life science degrees are acceptable. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
3+ years of manufacturing experience
Viral Vector "on the floor" experience preferred
Demonstrates outstanding decision-making skills and understands the impact of actions.
Works collaboratively as an active team member.
Balances listening and speaking, treating all co-workers and customers with respect.
Takes action to improve customer happiness within the scope of the role.
Advance experience with MS office preferable.
Consistently achieves objectives while tracking critical metrics alongside the manager.
Plans, prioritizes, and coordinates work to deliver on time, ensuring quality standards are maintained.
