Quality Lead, LIMS System Support 80-100% (f/m/d)

The Visp site is seeking a Quality Manager (f/m/d) to lead the Quality Unit Support (QUS-LIMS) team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational support of the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), including application support and system administration. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including Quality Control (QC), Logistics, Quality Assurance (QA), Information Technology (IT), and Operational Technology (OT).

What you’ll do:

• Lead and manage a team of highly skilled QUS-LIMS professionals at the Visp site.

• Ensure the proper administration, maintenance, and functionality of the LIMS system.

• Oversee resource planning, day-to-day task allocation, and troubleshooting activities.

• Drive team development through training, mentoring, and performance management.

• Ensure compliance with data integrity (DI) policies in a cGMP-regulated environment.

• Support LIMS-related Deviations (DRs), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), Change Requests (CRs), and Investigations (INVs).

• Assist with external audits and inspections by regulatory authorities.

What we are looking for:

• University degree in Chemistry/ Biochemistry/ Applied Informatics/ Computer Science/ Bio-/Chemo-Informatics or a related field.

• Proven leadership experience in a managerial or team lead capacity.

• Extensive experience in a GMP-regulated environment and Quality Control (QC).

• Strong ability to influence, drive change, and adapt to evolving business needs.

• Excellent communication skills in both German and English (written and verbal).
