Lead and manage Lab System Specialists for instrument qualification services
Support team development through onboarding, goal setting, and performance reviews
Ensure efficient use of time and personnel to meet stakeholder and company goals
Ensure efficient and transparent planning of new qualification projects
Represent the team in audits, inspections, and cross-functional meetings
Manage quality deviations and changes related to instruments
MSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or related field
5–10 years in analytical chemistry and equipment qualification in GMP settings
3+ years of experience in team leadership and people management
Knowledge of relevant guidelines for instrument qualification
Strong communication and documentation skills
Fluency in English. German is a plus
