We at Lonza AG are looking for a dedicated QC Analyst II - EM (Night Shift) to join our Manufacturing team in Houston, TX, USA. This exceptional opportunity allows you to be a key player in ensuring the flawless upkeep of our cleanrooms, integral processes, and environmental monitoring.

• Perform environmental monitoring to maintain cleanrooms in both At Rest and In Operation conditions.

• Assist with the maintenance of laboratory/media supplies and equipment.

• Write reports and perform investigations for environmental excursions.

• Contribute to the drafting of standard operational procedures, trend reports, deviations, and corrective actions.

• Complete water sampling and gas testing.

• Successfully implement process validations, process qualifications, and gowning qualifications.

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in science or a related field.

• Proven experience with cleanrooms and sampling within them.

• Strong ability to write detailed reports and perform thorough investigations.

• Excellent team collaboration skills to determine and address environmental issues.

• Ambitious attitude with a strict focus on maintaining high-quality standards.

• Capability to work efficiently during night shifts and manage multiple tasks with precision.
