This is a Third Shift position which operates in four 10-hour shifts, Wed-Sat
 

Key Accountabilities and Duties:

  • Conduct quality control tests and inspections to ensure the integrity and reliability of our products.

  • Analyze and interpret data to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and address any quality concerns.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of testing procedures, results, and corrective actions.

  • Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols while performing laboratory tasks.

  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to team members and management.

  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills to prioritize tasks and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Display a dedication to quality and continuous improvement in all job functions.
     

Minimum Required Qualifications/Skills:

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience in Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related science field preferred.

  • 0-4 years of Quality Control experience in a laboratory setting.

  • Proficiency in interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.

  • Ability to perform complex and varied tasks with minimal supervision.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Capable of exercising judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

  • Proven track record of completing assignments accurately and on time.

  • Demonstrated dedication to quality and excellence in job performance.
