Key Responsibilities:

• Execute research and development activities with clients and internal teams.
• Apply scientific and engineering principles to solve formulation and manufacturing challenges.
• Design, perform, and interpret experiments using sound scientific practices.
• Communicate technical results through presentations and reports.
• Prepare documentation including SOPs, memos, and tech transfer materials.
• Maintain lab equipment and systems to ensure safety and performance.
• Promote a culture of safety and high-quality standards.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or related field.
• Research experience is highly desirable.
• Strong foundation in scientific and mathematical principles.
• Ability to perform and document experiments accurately.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work in dynamic teams.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical research practices is encouraged.
