For Lonza's Capsultes & Health Ingredients at our Site in Colmar we are looking for a driven and passionate Program Manager to join our dynamic team !
You will serve as key support to the RBU function and by acquiring knowledge and experience become a key advisor to the RBU Head, including responsibility for driving regional strategic alignment, LT operational cadence, and governance across EMEA.
You will provide coordination or critical support in executing and monitoring main business processes progresses and strategic projects, and driving cross-functional initiatives. Additionally you will draft presentations and reports for the RBU Head.
The position is based in Colmar, France. Location in Bornem (Belgium) could be discussed.
What you will do:
Collaborate with the RBU LT and -1 to support planning, ensuring alignment with company strategy and annual goals.
Lead regional strategic initiatives with decision-making authority.
Oversee and optimizes RBU governance processes, ensuring leadership readiness for Divisional LT interactions.
Oversee Leadership Team operations and processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness in leadership initiatives.
Identify opportunities within the organization to implement lean processes to drive efficiency and leadership programs to drive effectiveness.
Foster an organizational culture of continuous improvement.
Lead and/or support strategic projects and initiatives by coordinating with various cross-functional stakeholders, setting timelines, and tracking progress.
Prepare presentations and communications for stakeholders within the RBU and at the Divisional LT level.
Curate reports and analyze data to provide timely and insightful analysis to support decision making.
Execute the RBU Governance and support organization and preparation
Regular engagement with Divisional LT and senior cross-functional leaders across EMEA
Perform other duties as assigned
What we are looking for
Bachelor or Master in Business or related field
English fluent
Project Management
Critical thinking and ability to anticipate future outcome beyond actions
Demonstrated leadership abilities and people coordination
High level of business acumen and cross-functional awareness
Discretion, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex problems, translate data into meaning, and develop practical solutions
