Associate Program Manager (Commercial Programs)

In this role, you will support the execution of customer programs within our Dosage Forms Solutions business in Greenwood, SC. You will work cross‑functionally to ensure reliable delivery, strong customer communication, and smooth program execution from launch through lifecycle management.

What you will do

  • Act as the internal lead for assigned customer programs, coordinating execution across their full lifecycle.
  • Partner with supply chain, quality, operations, commercial/sales, and customer service to ensure reliable production and on‑time delivery.
  • Track program milestones, identify risks, and drive actions to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Support customer communication by providing clear updates on program status, timelines, and challenges.
  • Maintain accurate program and formulation information in internal systems and project tools.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance delivery performance and customer experience.

What we are looking for

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, nutrition, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Early‑career experience in project coordination, customer service, or manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow‑through.
  • A customer‑focused mindset with clear and confident communication skills.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
