As a Production Logistic Associate, you support the daily operations of our manufacturing teams by ensuring materials, equipment and work areas are ready when needed. Working in a cleanroom environment, you play an important role in keeping production running smoothly, safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on role that follows procedures carefully and takes pride in maintaining high standards.

The full-time annual base pay for this position in The Netherlands is expected to range between €29.250 and €40.950. Initial salary placement within this range will be determined based on role-related factors such as experience, qualifications, and expected contribution.
- Prepare and clean materials for use in production.
- Keep work areas clean, organized and stocked.
- Support production teams by ensuring materials are available when needed.
- Operate cleaning and decontamination equipment.
- Follow strict GMP, safety and cleanroom regulations to ensure products are manufactured according to the highest quality standards.
- Work closely with colleagues to keep daily operations running smoothly.
- MBO or HBO level education or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in logistics, warehouse, manufacturing or production environments is an advantage.
- Good command of the English language, as all communication, documentation and training at Lonza are conducted in English.
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment, following procedures carefully and maintaining high quality and safety standards.
- Reliable, detail-oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
