Process Expert - Sterile filling of biopharmaceutical Drug Product 80-100% (f/m/d)

The actual location of this job is in Stein, Switzerland.

What you will do:

• Maintain cleanroom management practices

• Provide expertise for assigned manufacturing processes and projects

• Support validation and qualification with accurate documentation

• Update and manage standard operating procedures and batch records

• Analyze data to improve processes and resolve issues

• Ensure inspection readiness and support audits

• Execute batches safely, on time, and in compliance

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Technology, Pharmacy, Biology, or equivalent (Master’s preferred)

• Experience in aseptic drug product manufacturing

• Knowledge of GMP regulations for sterile drug products

• Experience with new production facility ramp-up

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Flexibility to adapt to changing demands

• Fluency in German and English
