Join our antibody drug conjugate (ADC) manufacturing team as a Process Expert, where you will lead technical troubleshooting on an aseptic filling and lyophilization line, drive process improvements, train Operators on the line, manage deviations and technical changes, and help shape the future of a state-of-the-art production environment. What you’ll do:
Act as the technical expert to ensure that the production line runs efficiently and effectively
Coordinate and support the qualification of the manufacturing line, ensuring they meet strict industry standards
Identify weaknesses in the production line and determine solutions to fix or investigate issues
Establish, drive and maintain good cleanroom management practices
Collaborate with team members and various internal functions (e.g. MSAT, QA, Engineering) to successfully implement improvements and new processes
Degree or equivalent experience in Life Science or Engineering
Proven experience in EITHER aseptic filling or aseptic manufacturing in the GMP controlled environment is a must, additional experience in the qualification of manufacturing equipment is highly preferred
Experience with lyophilization processes is highly preferred
Proficiency in English is a must; German is a plus
Ability to agilely move between various tasks during this dynamic and exciting project phase. You demonstrates strong collaboration skills and actively support your team members
