Environmental Monitoring Technician (Night Shift)
We are looking for an Environmental Monitoring Technician to support the production of clinical-grade therapies in a highly regulated manufacturing environment. In this role, you will perform environmental monitoring activities, support aseptic processing operations, and help maintain cleanroom readiness to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with laboratory experience who is looking to develop their career in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry.
Workplace Policy: This is an on-site position working a 12-hour rotating night shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM). Candidates must be available to complete training on the first shift (five days per week) for the first 4–6 weeks.

Key Responsibilities
Perform environmental monitoring activities in support of GMP manufacturing and aseptic processing operations.
Operate environmental monitoring equipment, including air samplers, particle counters, and related monitoring systems.
Prepare buffers, components, and materials required for manufacturing activities, including operation of autoclave equipment.
Maintain, stock, and set up cleanroom environments to support production readiness.
Complete, review, and update manufacturing documentation, batch records, and environmental monitoring records accurately and compliantly.
Coordinate environmental monitoring equipment and sampling requirements with Quality Control partners.
Support routine clinical production activities through the operation of manual, semi-automated, and automated equipment while adhering to GMP requirements.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
1–3 years of laboratory, manufacturing, or biopharmaceutical industry experience.
Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment is preferred.
Knowledge of aseptic techniques, cleanroom practices, or environmental monitoring activities is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Willingness and ability to work a rotating 12-hour night shift schedule and complete initial training on first shift.
