OT Systems Administrator Specialist - Laboratory Systems

This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in supporting and advancing operational technology (OT) systems that underpin laboratory and manufacturing environments. - Provide operational support and system administration of a wide range of laboratory and manufacturing OT systems, ensuring secure access, performance, and compliance
- Maintain validated laboratory software systems, including upgrades, audit trail reviews, and vendor-supported activities
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and regulatory compliance across all core systems in line with GMP standards
- Support end users by troubleshooting complex technical issues, analysing data, and delivering effective solutions
- Contribute to system implementation and validation activities, including documentation, testing, and user acceptance
- Collaborate with global IT/OT teams and site stakeholders (Manufacturing, QC, Development) to align on system strategies and improvements
- Provide technical input into projects and emerging technologies, supporting continuous improvement and innovation across the site
- Experience supporting OT (or IT systems with OT approach) within regulated environments such as pharmaceuticals, biotech, or life sciences
- Strong knowledge of system administration, including Windows environments, Active Directory, and infrastructure support
- Familiarity with laboratory and manufacturing OT systems (e.g. chromatography or data management systems) or similar platforms
- Understanding of data integrity, validation, and compliance requirements (e.g. GMP/GxP)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
- Degree (or equivalent experience) in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline
